Perry is just one step (and a small one at that)under Romney in being the top RINO. I can’t believe so many on here are supporting him. The GOP wants him because he will bring in hispanic voters, that should tell you something right there.

Oh, wait, Perry is pro-life, pro-gun, and pro-business (not pro-corporate raiding). There is no category in which Romney is anywhere close to being as conservative as Perry.
I realize that Perry is more of a standard issue politician than a Fox News rock star, but comparing him to Mitt 'The Human Hologram' Romney is fundamentally unserious.
You are exactly right...and if another rino is nominated the republican party will go down in flames again.
The true conservatives will sit this one out again like when McCain was nominated.
