Since you mentioned it. The Chinese have banned all surface vessels in an area 13.25 nautical miles wide and 22 nautical miles long in the northern Yellow Sea and Liao Dong Bay from August 10th to the 14th.
With her distinctive sloped runway, her silhouette shouldn't be hard to spot.
