What’s your take on the ruling and it’s implications?

Haven't sat down and read it yet. Dubina wrote the opinion, the judge from FL (Stanley?) dissented.

With a 2-1, they'll go for an en banc rehearing before they go on to the Supremes. I'm confident in our crew here in Atlanta, they're by and large pretty good judges -- it's the folks from Florida that I don't know and worry about.
