FREEMANSBURG, Pa. (AP) -- Authorities say a police officer slain while responding to a domestic disturbance in a small eastern Pennsylvania borough had pointed a stun gun at two dogs before being shot.
The Morning Call of Allentown reports Freemansburg police Officer Robert Lasso had pointed at the attacking dogs when the homeowner pulled out a shotgun and fired the fatal blast Thursday evening.

A police officer comes on a man's property without a warrant and go to shoot his dogs. If he had no wararnt then he was engaging in arbitrary destruction of private property and was not doing so in the performance of any "duty." That is destroying a man's property without doing the paperwork first. That makes it arbitrary and obnoxious. I suppose the killing of the King's Agent deserves the death penalty under any circumstances, though.

Stun guns that police use now look and apparently feel like standard lead producing pistols reference the officer in California who murdered the bum at the train station and used as his excuse that he thought he was drawing his taser.

For it to be ignored, a search pursuant to a domestic violence case would have to be unreasonable.
We already have them here but American thugs have an American style. We call them Flash Mobs and there is no resistance to them. No looters have been shot by gun-possessing Americans. They form, do their destruction and looting and leave before police respond and store owners do not resist them nor do any armed bystanders. The Sikhs and Hindus in Britain and the Koreans in LA show up the Armed Americans pretty handily.
