but also ruled that the rest of the wide-ranging law could remain in effect. Most people don't realize that beginning in 2012, next year, the premiums we pay for health insurance will no longer be considered pre-tax income. It is a tax hike on everyone.

I do not believe that to be the case, but I could be wrong. This is something up for discussion in the vaunted super committee though, as the liberals have stated that something in the order of $1.25 trillion in ‘lost revenue’ can be reclaimed by taxing medical insurance costs.
