Of course it would.

My guess is that Obama will now try to dump the individual mandate.

He can't go into the next election with the USSC ruling against him and that would be the case if he doesn't drop the IM.

The purpose of the individual mandate was to pay for the immense cost of the whole OCare machine.

If millions of families aren’t shucking out $750 per month by force, this bad boy will create trillions in debt every year.
