No, it IS an issue of concern to all conservatives when any politician uses their office to mandate laws out of knee jerk reactions and further promote the nanny state.

The Governor’s Executive Order (RP 65) that caused all the controversy also ordered the director of DSHS to make it easier for parents to opt out of vaccines.It seems that the EO was actually a political maneuver to do the opposite of what you claim, that by making it mandatory it was easier for parents to opt out.
