MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) A 17-year-old student charged with first-degree murder in the slaying of a Christian school principal told investigators he had planned to stab the woman on the third day of classes, when he knew he'd be alone with her in a classroom, police said Thursday.
Eduardo Marmolejo was held without bond and ordered to undergo a mental evaluation by a Juvenile Court judge during a hearing Thursday. State law allows police to release the names of juveniles charged with first-degree murder.

Words fail.
Now they have moved past being offended to just outright murder. I guess he thought he was ENTITLED to do it.
I hope he is tries as an adult and spends the rest of his life in prison.
I don’t like Eduardo. Too bad the US Supreme Court says he can’t be executed due to being a minor.
Well, as long as you have a good reason.
Diversity is great\s
Just another south american killing North Americans. Nothing to see here, move along.
Even private schools are being permeated with prison culture.
Sick, of course after the 30 day mental eval, they will ship him to 201 poplar to be tried as an adult.
These kids watch to many violent vids, play to many killing vid games and watch to many horror films, and it is brainwashing them into being violent terrors. And it starts with cartoons.
No, it actually starts with Burt and Ernie, who promote violence.
Dingy Reid’s DREAM Act protects this murder as an act of free expression. Let’s not be judgmental.
Eduardo Marmolejo.... just murdering the principals that Americans don’t want to.
Here is a pic of Suzette York (41) the victim.
There is a news video about the murder on this webpage:

“I don’t like Mondays.”
Remember how shocking that case was back then and how common place events like this are now?
I wonder if the Boomtown Rats will write a song about this?
Not true. I know the mother and sister fairly well. They both speak English. And while I can’t say for certain, I have reason to believe the family paid for his tuition. I do not really know the boy, but I’ve been around him a couple of times and he was always polite and respectful with me. I won’t defend his actions in any manner, but he wasn’t a gang-banging street trash. He has two loving and involved parents who are crushed by what he did. I don’t know the specifics, but I am under the impression he has a history of emotional issues that date back several years.

Would you support this?
