If she appears on Fox News as a contributor to Fox News, which others here are saying she will do, on Hannity’s show, then she is not appearing as a Presidential Candidate and she would not be allowed to be both.
Fox News has asked their contributors who planned to run (Gingrich for ex.) to choose one or the other. Sarah chose to stay with them.
Could she still resign from them and run for President? Yes.
But right now she’s a contributor and has been told not to mix the two things but instead to “choose”.

Santurum and Newt had to fess up and get suspended from FNC, Huck decided to stay at FNC for the money and fame. Those decisions were made last March about 5 months ago, 5 months and still counting...tick...tick...tick..
