Not in those exact words. But he has supported the NAFTA super highway, letting Mexican trucks on our roads and was enthusiastic in denouncing Arizona's enforcement law which the ObaMao administration is working to stop.
Perry has no problem whatsoever with the federal open borders policy nor their interference with Arizona state law in trying to enforce borders which fedzilla refuses to enforce.
Actions speak louder than words. Perry's actions have disqualified him from earning my vote.
