She can press-the-flesh at the Fair; give her speech in Iowa on Labor Day; then announce her candidacy after all of the hoopla and bump of Perry and possibley Rudy is over. Late August or September she will announce. Very prudent. She will let everyone else battle and be eliminated by either the debate/straw poll or media mudslinging.
