I noticed your tagline mentions that we're broke. You don't think Perry is wasting tax dollars? Think again. With all his silly liberal ideas such as the corridor and Gardasil and illegals' tuition and the wide open border and his personal items he's spending tax dollars on, etc.... Did you know that the legislature didn't finish business AGAIN this year but when he called for a special session, he couldn't get enough to show up to make a quorum. That's tax dollars down the drain. Remember, he couldn't keep them in the state when the libs wanted to redistrict. That wasn't once but twice. Did he go after them? No. Did he send the Texas Rangers? No. Did he so much as chastise them when they came back? No. How many millions of tax dollars was wasted on that? Oh, yeah, some great leadership there, huh. Oh, yeah, and how about that Top 10% ruling with the University of Texas? We have a rule that the top ranking 10% of high school graduates are automatically admitted to a state university because a few years back there was a law suit from white UT law students claiming reverse discrimination (Hopwell v. UT). Two years ago, UT president whined that they would have to do away with their football team if the ruling wasn't changed. For real. Not lying. He actually said that. Well, what would Texas be without the UT Longhorns?!?!?!? Whatever. Anyway many weeks of debate and many tax dollars were wasted over this. It finally resulted in every other college would abide by the Top 10% rule but UT (who's fault is was in the first place) was allowed to only admit the Top 8% so Longhorn football would be saved. Again, not so great leadership there.
