Can’t any of these ineffectual pols take vacations in their own backyards? Boris in Canada, for God’s sake! And Cameron in Chiantishire. How about Cornwall, guys? The Lake District? The Yorkshire Dales? Blackpool, even? Or one of those truly awful holidays where you spend most of your time at the great national theatres of London, Convent Garden or the West End?
Even our own goofy president vacations in Martha’s Vineyard and George Bush never left his ranch in Texas. At least American pols know it looks best to hang around the States during August.
I'm happy conservatives are on the lawful side - and only shoot when defending themselves. It gives us respect - we're not animals. That's good.
If that weren't the case - if we made a different choice - we'd be a real menace. An effective menace. One they wouldn't want to mess with...
