The issue is not whether or not a border state has the issue, but how the Governor, is a position of leadership, did or did not solve the issue.

Governor Perry, all his late tough border talk notwithstanding, has failed miserably because he is an Open-Borders/Pro-Amnesty/Anti-Border-Fence Fraud.

The feds aren't going to do that. Perry knows that and said the Arizona law wasn't right for Texas and preferred to let the feds keep doing the "fine job" they've done all along.
