But wait, I was assured by several Perry Boosters when it was shown that the size of Government had grown way to fast during Perry's tenure that the Governorship in Texas was very weak and he had little to nothing to do with budget matters, in fact, it was a very weak position in relationship to other states.
soooo......
Which is it Perry Boosters, is he responsible for the financial condition of Texas or not?
Please tell me because the spinning is really confusing me.

In April of this year California Lieutenant Governor Gavin Newsom along with two other democrats visited Texas and met with Gov. Perry and others to find the secret to our success. As usual it was water off a duck’s back, no lessons learned.
