What is happening is that as legal citizen fear that owning a gun means you will be cursed with becoming a Nazi, the only two parties remaining will be communists/unionGovWorkers and a party of gangsters and Nazis who will have the guns and control of the safety of people...and the corrupt lives of government workers of course will be in their hands.
