I have tried for years to find out the origin but no one has ever stepped forward to claim it as their work. I laugh every time I read it.
The author is a comic genius.
Lol.. agreed there.. It would have taken me YEARS to come up with that (taking notes and saving as a new idea popped into my mind ;))
Probably half of it would have never even came to me.. saves me a lot of trouble ;)
