The Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum is a crumbling theater prop made in 1921 out of a giant oval made of dirt smeared with a thin veneer of antique cement.

Historic, but it needs to go bye-bye.

What is the financial status of the old Coliseum?

Here in Indianapolis, we (taxpayers) currently owe about twice as much as it cost to build on the old Hoosier Dome. Which no longer exists. It was torn down to build the $700 million Lucas Oil Stadium.

The beauty of Democrats taking out second (and third) mortgages on muni buildings.
