I suspect he was recovering from being drugged up all weekend. Of course those who would know are sworn to secreacy because with Obama...whatever happens in the White House, stays in the White House.
There was one other President that operated with a pharmacy in his veins. Eventually his handlers were pumping him with uppers, downers and antiphychotics if memory serves correctly.
