Wisconsin Democratic Party flack Graeme Zielinski told the Wisconsin Reporter’s bureau chief that the Party had a detailed plan for how to discredit the publication [Wisconsin Reporter]. Zielinski said the Democratic Party plans to contact editors and publishers of all news outlets that run the Wisconsin Reporter’s content and “let them know our deep concern about the obvious bias that permeates your entire operation.”
Zielinski said Democrats would also mobilize activists, including union members, to do the same. He added that the Democratic Party was also prepared to call the state Capitol’s press pool to request that the Wisconsin Reporter lose its press credentials.
“[W]e continue on until you actually admit to the truth of your operation,” he said.
Zielinski’s email indicates his threats are in response to his belief that a Wisconsin Reporter staffer quoted him from an “off the record” conversation. It’s unclear if the Wisconsin Reporter staffer agreed to keep that conversation off the record status, as it’s standard for both sides of a journalistic discussion to agree on whether or not an interview is fair game for publication. Wisconsin Reporter staffers have not returned The Daily Caller’s requests for comment.
When The Daily Caller reached out to Zielinski to ask him about specifics of his email, he declined to comment, instead saying he’s more focused on helping with recall elections in the state. “We’re in the final push for recall elections here,” Zielinski said in an email. “I’ll be happy to get back to you later this week or next.”

How in the world can the people of Wisconsin vote for thugs like that?
First the legislators stalled the government by running to another state. Their capitol was trashed by a bunch of a malicious vandals. The government was thwarted by frivolous lawsuits. A state supreme court judge accused another of choking her. Their allies in the media have dropped all semblance of professional journalism and are shamelessly smearing the opposition.
The Left has used dirty intimidation tactics the whole time to an extent we have not seen since the sixties. They will do anything, no matter how unethical or vicious, to get their way.
Is there any doubt that they will try to cheat during the election and will throw it into the courts if they lose?
Are these the kind of people we want running our government?
If the people of Wisconsin vote in favor of this ugliness, they will cripple any hope of reform in their state for a long, long time.

I live in Wisconsin and have never heard of the Wisconsin reporter.
In another circumstance the MSM would call this “A Chlling Effect” on free speech.

Here’s the union for you: each year the governor opens the Wisconsin State Fair. A week ago Gov. Scott Walker did so but was shouted down by union thug activists. No wonder the Democrat candidates aren’t campaigning on collective bargaining and union rights because they know Wisconsin citizens are sick of the unions. They are campaigning on lies and fear that Republicans are taking away Medicare, Badgercare and Social Security.
