Chicago = broke. Illinois = broke. The Executive branch of the US government is now run by Chicago Politicians. And it’s OUR fault we’re being downgraded?They submitted NO BUDGETS. They have no plan to reduce spending. They defy the raters. They blame everybody who tried to save them. Now they Blame the Tea Party.
They cannot do much worse.
