I guess that whenever the unwashed masses who live off the dole complain loudly, take to the streets and destroy stuff, it must mean that the government has at least decreased the rate at which the welfare checks go up - maybe France is only increasing at half our rate...
Convincing Germany to harness itself to the EU economy and pull the load.
