Obviously, enough people arent annoyed with him if he is still getting money. And I doubt he cares if someone who would not vote for him anyway is annoyed at his actions.

There is a reason why the fellow has been frozen into a congressional district that he cannot break out of, and seeks to constantly collect funds from a small national following, he craves the lifestyle and attention, yet cannot win any other office.
