The GOP should immediately put CCB back up for a vote. (Let the phony moderate Dems show their true colors again in voting against it during this debt crisis).

The Pubs had better get more aggressive and save this country NOW. The Ryan Budget aint bad either.

Agreed. But first, Boehner should get the S&P guy on the phone and ask him if passing CCB would help us get our AAA rating back. If he says yes, Boehner should schedule a hearing in the House Finance Committee for this week, and get the S&P guy to say it in public, on the record. THEN hold the vote.

If I'm not mistaken, the entire Congress is out of town now for their August recess. Likely won't be back until after Labor Day. If I am mistaken, they will come back next week for just some pro forma business before beating it out of town.
