The day the military burned the Bibles to appease the Muslims was the day I realized we had lost this war.

We are not fighting FOR anything in Afghanistan. We may be fighting against some insurgents, but in the end (and not too distant future) Afghanistan will once again be ruled by Islamists that hate America. Right now it is ruled by Islamists that tolerate America (as long as we don't bring our bibles or our beer).

Same goes for Iraq. Once we let them put in their Constitution “NO LAW SHALL CONTRADICT ISLAM”, it was over ....done. Stick a fork in it.
