How are they so easily willing to turn off a moral compass, any independent thinking, once a group forms?

Well, first I'd ask their parent(s?). Then I'd ask their teachers. What kind of guidance (or lack of) allows a person to have no moral compass, especially if it comes to attacking a person not of your "group" (non-black), once a group forms?

The black community should be alarmed at what is occurring. There can be no more excuses, whether it's poverty, the economy, past racial grievances, poor education. It's a lack of moral guidance, IMO. If you have morals, you don't participate in things like this.
