Seems like I saw a story on this yesterday.
Maybe Obama expected... errr... WANTED the downgrade to be lower than AA+.
Maybe this is his way of getting what he really wanted.
He can protest publicly all he wants, but the downgrading of America on all fronts IS the Transformation of the United States of America he promised.
