Great actor, seems like a nice guy...but he's bought the EVIL CONSERVATIVE mantra, hook, line and sinker. (Is that the fishing reference?—I don't fish!)
I stopped paying $$$ to see films with actors who are vociferous in their support of the Left, and who make their disdain of Conservatives known. Sean Penn, Alec Baldwin, Matt Damon, etc. Hanks is also on the list.
Too bad. I think he is such a moving and effective actor. Green Mile and Gump were just wonderful...he was perfect in those parts. Oh, well. I guess I and millions of other American’s will skip on his new movie with that old hagged out Julia Roberts. Oh! That's right! NOBODY is seeing that mess....not just the evil “tea ba**ers”. Bwahahahaaaa!

I have done the same - I will not go to their movies, purchase or rent one or watch them on TV as it all puts $$$ in their pockets.
Susan Sarandon and Tim Robbins, Jane Fonda, Goldie Hawn, Kurt Russell, and so many more are on my list. Strangely I have noticed Susan Sarandon, Tim Robbins and Kurt Russell in quite a few things lately - not necessarily movies that are at the theaters, but TV movies....hard to avoid all of them but I will not give them a dime for the ‘entertainment’
I just saw hanks in his YouTube video making fun of that tots and tiaras show. He was really funny. Now I’ve lost what little respect I had for him. Bummer.
