Many of us around here tried in vain to warn people like you folks about GW 'Bubba' Bush but you/those folks weren't having anything to to do with our warnings. Like Bush, Perry is all packaged up to look and sound like a Compassionate Conservative. Just don't bother looking any further than the gussied up pretty re-packaging lest one be disillusioned as they were with Bush Jr. after his 8 years at damaging this country. Perry is pretty much cut from the same cloth, IMHO.
You failed at trying to convince me so why bother even keep trying. There is absolutely nothing you will ever say that would change my mind unless Perry turned out to be Jesus Christ himself. Get this straight, Perry is not my man. I support Sarah Palin, and Perry only as her VP for specific strategic reasons, and only if she gets in the race.
I’m not trying to convince you of anything, just pointing out the backgrounds of two Texas veterans who support Perry. I did it to show you that your “Air Force veterans” brushoff was ill informed. If I offended your sensitivities by pointing out facts that you were unaware of and then chose to ignore, so be it.
