Rodger Dodger You Old Codger, I'm a veteran too!

Is this group 'Veterans for Rick Perry' a 501(c)(3) organization and what does it it do for veterans? Maybe I missed their press releases touting what they do for veterans and or their families. I'm sorry but endorsing a political candidate for office doesn't quite register with me as being of service to veterans.

Well, let's see, I already told you about John Brieden. Another member of the group is Jay Kimbrough. Jay is the Chancellor of Texas A&M. More about him here. Now I figure I've done enough research for you, and the rest is up to you. You claim to be a Texan, well these boys are too. I'm sure they can answer all your questions if you really want to know.

Good luck, and let me know what you find out!

I went back and re-read your posts on this subject but still didn't see what makes the group, whatever size it really is, a veterans organization. Just some Air Force vets coming together to endorse a political candidate for political office doesn't cut it with this former combat veteran who happens to know what one should actually resemble.

Like people, a group will be known by the kind of good works they do and company they keep.

OBTW. Last night while down at the post I asked some of my fellow members about the names and group you mentioned here. Care to guess what they told me?
