What plan does Obama have to restore the economy? He jsut says this stuff, he has no plausible plan to achieve anything.
There is just political rhetoric about what’s Bush’s fault, cars in ditches, etc.

Halfway WHERE? Obama means he has now driven the national debt to $14.58 Trillion dollars.
That makes it equal to only one year's GDP - half of his objective.
Before Obama is done with this term his goal is to double the debt to $29 Trillion.
