A bipartisan Senate vote to kill the Employee Free Choice Act, legislation that would have eliminated secret ballots in union elections, is (now) becoming reality ... the measure, which also would have increased penalties on employers (but not unions) for violating the National Labor Relations Act.

Wonder if the Stupid Party will run on this? Or even run an ad or two about it?
I know, dumb question. Of course they won’t. Sigh.
0bama uses every Communist tactic in the books.
Naw, the stupid Party won’t use it at all. 0bama will kick the Stupid Party’s ass in that regard.

The Administration can't criminalize those who build reasonable standards. They demand the last word.
I keep saying that administrative agencies are bullies. Regulations are promulgated and public comment may or may not be factored in. It’s a problem
More than that. These acts are illegal. a Violation of the rights of both employers and employeees. When George III did stuff like this, it was called tyranny.
I really don’t think either party cares. The less accountable they are to the electorate, the better for them. Then when things go wrong, it’s “the system’s” fault and by golly, they’ll be there to save us.
“Stupid Party”
I take this is the new code word for the republican party?
Who’s the leader Boner or McCain. Na gota be Obama.
What really boggles my mind is how this administration purports to be mystified at how horrible things are for workers looking for employment.
Go ahead, give me one more thing that I must file a report on. Force me to accept the poison pill of unionization at my workplace. It just brings me another step closer to closing the doors of my business forever and throwing the few dozen workers I have left in the company out of work after 30 years.
Legislation by regulation. If you can’t get congress to do your bidding, you have an endless supply of faceless, unelected buereaucrats and “czars” in a multitude of alphabet soup agencies to do your bidding. Oh, and don’t forget administrative law, and court referees. All of them are motivated by getting their piece of the government cheese, and are willing to squash anyone they’re told to squash to get it. Cynical outlook IMO, but accurate.
