Raw milk contains all the natural enzymes that make it digestable; pasteurization destroys them completely. It also is high in CLA, an important fat in controlling heart disease, Alzheimers, and many other conditions.
So, is pasteurization responsible for the increase in lactose intolerant adults?
I’m not crazy about milk as it is, I don’t know if I could stomach raw milk. Some of my neighbors drink the raw goat’s milk from their goats. Is there much of a difference in appearance and taste?
What a pant load. Your body produces all the enzymes it requires. Your body needs absolutely ZERO enzymes from milk to digest milk.
pasteurization destroys them completely.
Please provide us with a list of all the enzymes that are completely destroyed by the pasteurization process. You have no idea what you're talking about.
