The problem I see is that a number of folks are expecting the cheating and take up evidence as it occurs. I might be bold about this...but I’m predicting around 100 people ending up in court by spring of 2012 and having sentences of twelve months in jail offered for admitting their crime. Of all the things that you could do...to end up in jail...messing around in election fraud is about the most stupid of the choices.

My mother, a life-long Republican, keeps popping up here and there as though still alive on lists though she died six years ago.
She was summoned to jury duty two years ago and the county was aggrieved when I confronted them on this issue (SEIU and the Democratic Party are forces to be reckoned with in this county). I’d hate to think that she’s been voting as a dead Democrat!
Just last week I received a credit offer for her from our bank. They have a copy of her death certificate and should not have done so. They must have her bought a list with her name on it. The question...is from who did they purchase said list?
