OCR software

What planet did the subject of OCR in connection with the COLB come from. There is NO TEXT in the .pdf, only illustrations. OCR software cleans up image to text. The text in the images are poor quality.. OCR connection is total nonsense.

I think the gist of the argument is a scan is only needed to provide a copy of a legitimate electronic document. The experts found evidence of OCR in the process. the OCR would be from a non Obama COLB. The change is made to the recognized text to forge a COLB. The document is then printed back to Adobe to remove the recognized text and produce what appears to be a scan. So you won;'t find text in the final document, but if you know the forensics you can find traces of OCR which has no purpose in a legitimate scan. I come from this planet.

Not true. Optical character recognition was invented with canning paper documents in mind and further editing was required.
