Yes. It would have had to have been handicap accessible, and been on wheels to allow thorough and routine cleaning in the area. On the other hand, it also would have allowed the owner to run the parking lot lights as well as the kitchen.

However, there's currently no law against generating a stable black hole in your garage. Myuahahaha!
