And yet while screaming invectives at us they still can’t deny we’re devastatingly in debt, on verge of a credit downgrade that should have come long ago and risking economic collapse. They may feel better by throwing tantrums but I am well past the stage of caring. Let them scream in the middle of the store aisle. I’m not embarrassed, shamed or willing to give in to red faced children that don’t like hearing the word “No”.
Liberals do indeed live in a fantasy world, but the real world in intruding in unwelcome and unignorable ways.
The economic, institutional, and intellectual underpinnings of liberalism and the Democratic Party are collapsing before their eyes. And that makes Mr. Liberal a very sad and very angry little fellow.
