“Let me tell you something my friend. Everybody got something, and everybody wanted more, but we control the debate right now. Notice how Sarah has become very visible and very vocal these last few days. That’s not an accident.”

More Palin worship that isn;t merited. The Tea Party got played and then snubbed - the ONLY reason Dems are whinning is because they couldn’t completely control the outcome. Palin is making herself look like a fool to suggest a Tea Party victory. It doesn’t please me to say negative things about Palin.

Even Rush Limbaugh says you are wrong

“I read some of, but I don’t have time tonight to read all of it. I will say this though. I doubt very much that Rush believes we were’t going to get out of this without rasing the debt ceiling. He’s too smart for that, and you’re too naive to understand it.”

NEVER in anything that I have written did I say that the debt ceiling could not be raised. So, you are attacking a straw man. However, the Tea Party faithful were about stopping its raising without cuts to offset....they AREN’T going to happen. They said NO TAX INCREASES, well those are already on the plate and the current law allows them....the Dems are calling for them. Once again...this isn’t a victory for the Tea Party. They got played and then ignored, and the MSM is painting them as “terrorists.”

Sarah Palin is looking the fool, and the Tea Party has been damaged (by both moderate Repubs as well as liberal Dems). Hopefully they can regain and advance ground in 2012.

I WANT Sarah to run, but she needs to be more careful on what she calls a victory. Reminds me of how Lincoln’s administration called the Battle of Antietam a “victory” when it was at best a bloody standoff. But it was polically expedient.

You have danced around the central truth in these posts that Palin is falible. Defending her on this issue is assinine and smacks of a personality cult. Palin is not a God....stop worshiping her as if she was. When she makes a mistake admit it. The ability to see her as human and fallible actually makes her a better candidate.

You're right, it isn't merited because there's nothing in my posts that would suggest such a thing. In fact, there's nothing in my posting history that would suggest it. I like Sarah Palin. I like her a lot, but I watch her very carefully, just like I would any candidate. You're barking up the wrong tree on this my friend.
