The title says: New Florida law forces cities, counties to repeal local gun laws

But the article says: Although the state has claimed sole right to regulate firearms since 1987, this year's new law adds fines for local officials who fail to comply, and gives gun owners a right to sue for damages if they believe their rights have been violated. So I guess the actual law is of no importance to them till it comes with penalties, then? Welllll....OK, Nancy! Guess it's time to start building in civil and criminal penalties for politicians in bills when they DARE violate people's rights. They said by their actions that that's what they want, so....
