I don't see the unconstitutional angle.

It's a joint committee of sitting, elected congress members who will produce legislation to be voted on by the full congress.

The constitution is silent on how congress should do its sausage making.

We need to urge everyone we know to hammer away at Mitch" McConnell and John Boehner to put strong conservative negotiators on the supercommittee.

If this gets stacked with beltway insiders the country will suffer immeasurable harm. We need the strength of Reps like Michele Bachmann, or Joe Walsh and Senators like Rubio, Sessions or Mike Lee. We need tea party candidates to be included now pushed aside.

If the leadership makes the mistake of keeping them off the committee, then I will agree that a third party effort (which I don't condone today) is going to be a probable necessity.

The only thing that should be done with the Royal Congress of Twelve is its abolition.

12 members of Congress will matter. 523 will not. At least 38 States will have NO direct representation in the principal role of the Congress.

I guess that means that you think McConnell was a positive contributor to the future of our economy in how he capitulated to the Democrats.

McConnell has been even worse than Boehner, the only difference is I expected McConnell's weakness and I didn't (as much) Boehner's and Cantor's.

All of the old guard, inside the Beltway, Republicans need to be challenged and voted out. They have shown that they are incapable of bringing about the changes necessary to pull our economy out of the dire state in which it is.

My complaint is your misappropriation of a ‘ping’ list constructed for a specific purpose in order to spam whatever OTHER topic YOU deem worthy of your attention.
