I doubt you’ll see any long stump speeches but lots of ‘released’ statements. Her brain is a tangled web of scattered neurons and anyone who thinks she’ll be back to normal is fooling themselves. You are correct, all I could find about the so called announcement was a twitty bird thing, I would bet you a hundred bucks, you could reach the woman a Droid and she would stand there holding it wondering what it was.
