I hate that Dems ran out the clock to the point the ink of the finale deal was less than a day old when it came up for a House vote. The GOP couldn't keep their 72 hrs promise or even their "3 calendar day" rule and still get the Senate to vote in time to beat the midnight Aug 2 deadline.

It’s the same old San Fran Nan trick the dims played with Obamacare. ‘You have to pass it to know whats in it’. That sure worked out great for the nation (heavy sarc intended).
