This is exactly why the U.S. Constitution prohibits “bills of attainder” and enforcement of laws by “fiat.”

Marberry v Madison, _____ Cr. _______, any law not constitutional is no law at all!

The Usurping Marxist Onada and his commie buddies are getting nervous. In any case, the citizenry who need to be are already armed.

I personally hope and pray the Marxists leave peacefully when they are rejected in the voting booth. If the b++++++ fix the election and manage to cling to office I guess matters will have to take their course.

A ruger 10/22 will fit the bill for a .22 rifle. Lots of aftermarket extras for this platform if you desire. If you want a tube magazine fed, Marlin 60 will do the trick.

If you want something with some knock down power that is cheap:

Bolt Action Russian Mosin-Nagant, old bolt action combat rifle from WWII, accurate, big boom, big hole. Cost less than $125 in most cases.

Semi-auto, get an SKS, holds 10 rds. fires the same round as the AK47 and can be had for less than $300 is most cases. Norinco is the chicom version, the Russians, Yugoslavians, Romanians all make copies of this rifle. All except the Yugo’s have the chrome lined barrel which is desirable.

It is a rule, not a “law”.

The former has the effect of the latter, but doesn’t need any legislative approval. Sadly.

So you just wait 6 days in between, this is stupid.

And if you want 10 or 15?

Or are driving some distance to by two?

Don’t fall into the tyranny trap of the left.

You’re undoubtedly going to hear from tons of folks here suggesting higher caliber; if you get a pistol, a potential “perp” ain’t gonna have any idea what you’re pointing at his gut, so I’d humbly suggest sticking with a .22 (Ruger Single Six gives you two cylinders, so you can also have a load of hollow point magnums at the handy).

Actually one of the agents in the Tuscon office tried to do that but was told to stop or else by the US Attorney’s office & his own superiors. Face it folks we have a govt. modeled after a organized crime syndicate.

J&G Sales, with NRA assist, has sued to block this.

J&G Sales about half way down the page.

As many of you may have heard, the BATFE has sent a demand letter to all the licensed firearms dealers in the four border states of Arizona, New Mexico, California, and Texas. This letter requires these dealers to report to the BATFE the names and addresses and serial numbers of all purchases of more than one semi-automatic rifle, with a detachable magazine, over 22 caliber, within a 5 business day period.

The BATF and Department of Justice has made this demand with no Congressional authorization and therefore, J and G Sales has filed suit in the Washington DC federal court challenging the legitimacy of this new regulation. We are being assisted in this law suit by the NRA as well. We hope the outcome of our challenge will be a reversal of this unconstitutional regulation for all border state FFL dealers. We appreciate our customers and your support of the 2nd amendment and will keep you all updated as this case progresses.

This new regulation goes into effect for all purchases that occur on or after August 14th, 2011. The BATFE has issued a new form 3310.12 that FFL dealers have to fill out and return to the BATFE starting on this date and going forward until this is hopefully reversed.

Or, maybe modern crime syndicates are modeled after our government.
