Biden told the man to stand up then realized that the man is bound to a wheel chair. Biden then says "Ooooh! God love ya. What am I talking about...."

If a Republican had said “Stand up Chuck”, he/she would have been lambasted for weeks. His/her record on disability issues would have been dissected. And any record of voting the “wrong” way on disability issues, or “incorrect” stands on issues relating to disabilities, would have been blown way out of proportion.
