So what? We al know what’s in the bill, more of the same BS. The American people are screwed again, and they don’t even wear condoms.

House Won't Provide 72 Hours to Review Budget Control Act (Heritage recalls Boehner's pledge)

Actually, it makes sense - the details of the deal were fluid till the end and there is a deadline for raising the ceiling... It also gives very little time for the [Democrat-controlled] Senate to meddle with the agreement (however junky it is currently) - pretty much for the Senate to take it or leave it and take the blame.

What did we know?

1. The would be a "last-minute/eleventh hour" deal
2. Neither side would get everything it wanted (it's called a "compromiise")
3. Neither side's "extremists" will be happy with any "compromise" (that's why it's called a "compromiise")
4. Both sides will say they delivered on their "promises" (it's called "politics")
5. Both sides will claim victory and promise more of the same in the future (that's why it's called "politics")

When did we know it?

From the beginning, all the rest was "drama"...

The American people are incapable of understanding this controversy or any others for that matter. Boehner admitted from the start that he would adhere to the liberal line. No one is surprised.
