Hey Joe, the President would veto any bill to end it, and the Senate wouldn’t even allow a vote on it. Plus, the House did move on it, and all members voted to repeal it.
Get a GOP president in 2012 and some more GOP senators, and it gets repealed. Until then, it would be nice if you’d stop actively advocating Allen West losing to a Democrat, but that’s not going to happen, anyhow.
The establishment set that up to fail. They didn’t use any leverage to get it passed. Bachmann wanted to make raising the debt contingent on repealing Obamacare. They could have added it to every spending bill they sent to the Senate. I would have split out the funding for running the White House and the Senate into stand alone bills and added it to those bills.
Let the Leader cut the grass at the White House and take out the trash. Let Michelle make beds, wash, iron and cook until Obamacare is repealed. Let Senators answer their own phones and vacuum their own offices until it’s repealed.
