Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords has returned to Washington and will vote on the debt ceiling bill tonight. It will be her first vote since the Jan. 8 shooting in Tucson.
More on this story as it develops.
Debt Cieling Bill passed ,,, 175 RINOs sold us out and taxes will be raised on the middle class . As part of the bill requires the Bush tax cuts to expire .
Meanwhile the democrat caucus group says voting for this is like having a gun held to your head. Heaven forbid if a republican had uttered such an inflammatory phrase. We’d be hearing about it for months.
Aww how sweet....notice how the media stopped reporting on how ‘well’ she was doing. We don’t know if she can read or understand the bill.
Doesn’t matter, it’s the headline that will wipe the biggest debt hike in American history off the headlines.
GIFFORDS IS BACK.
Forget the Trillions.
Did Biden call her a terrorist or Obama say she had a gun to the heads of Americans ?
175 primary fights and counting. We need to start recruiting now!
That vote was the most pathetic thing I’ve seen in ages.
The same people who got us into this mess, clapping and patting themselves on the back for making it worse, while lying to the American people in pretending that they’re making it better.
Topped off by dragging “Gabby” Giffords into the room as a symbol and counter-weight to the Tea-Party that shot her.
Vile and despicable. (I stole that from Allen West but since he sold out to Boner, I don’t much care. He can stew with the rest of them)

U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords received a standing ovation as she entered the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives today to vote on the debt ceiling.
Wearing a blue suit and smiling, Giffords hugged colleagues as she prepared to cast her first vote since January.
The vote taking place today is regarded as the single most important vote taken this year by the House of Representatives. The congresswoman insisted on participating, her spokesman C.J. Karamargin wrote in an email.
Giffords has been following this debate closely over the past two weeks, her staff says.
Like the vast majority of Americans, she is extremely disappointed at Washingtons inability to confront the debt ceiling issue in a timely and thoughtful manner, Karamargin wrote.
Giffords office says the congresswoman will vote in favor of a bipartisan bill to avert economic crisis.
The 41-year-old congresswoman made her return to the nations capitol today for the first time since being shot clear through the left side of the brain in an assassination attempt in Tucson Jan. 8.
So glad to see she was well enough to come and vote in favor of the debacle! She may come to regret her “yes” vote!

Yes.
She needs to be commended for her fighting spirit.
... and these would be words used by Cong. Grijalva (D CD-7)and Pima County Sheriff Dupnik plus Sissy Chrissy Mathews.
Oh yea..she got her arse in line!
Did she say:
“We need to raise the debt ceiling like we need a hole in the head.”
There, I said it.
She voted to stick in knife in our nation’s stomach.
Democrat theatrics at their best.
The capacity of a person who has migraines is questioned, though a bullet traveling through another one’s brain is not.
Welcome to Strangeland.
She just voted to send your Country over a cliff, she can KMA.
I'm not surprised you would commend her for it.....I mean her fighting spirit.
