Thx! The time on that doc is listed as 12:04 PM. It hasn’t been amended? And if the bill hasn’t changed, what in Hades have they been arguing about for the last six hours...?

I don't know, for sure. Just wandered over to U.S. Senate: Active Legislation and was surprised to see even that. My old links for House action don't work, and I haven't found the new ones.

I assume the argument has been over whether or not to pass whatever is before the House - typical for the House to debate for a few hours, on a more or less "take it or leave it" basis.

Ryan says "We are actually cutting spending." Is it true, or false, that the proposed bill reduces federal outlays below the current levels?
