I don't know, for sure. Just wandered over to U.S. Senate: Active Legislation and was surprised to see even that. My old links for House action don't work, and I haven't found the new ones.
I assume the argument has been over whether or not to pass whatever is before the House - typical for the House to debate for a few hours, on a more or less "take it or leave it" basis.
This is updated more or less in real time, and shows S.365 as the subject of debate. I think the previous link (from Senate Active Legislation page) has the correct legislative text.
