Miz - Jeffs knows what he did was illegal. It was right there in his dictations. Part of his ‘getting more fervent’ and being worthy of Zion was thumbing his nose at man's law.
Just like Charles Manson and his cadre of freaky chicks - he knows he's going away.
He's not thinking about evidence or anything legal. He's thinking about striking out and landing blow after blow on the authority that is sitting in front of him.
