I still can’t understand how the sophisticated DEA, ATF, and FBI can still f*ck up a raid.

To many chiefs and hardly no indians. That's how. How many secret appointments to senior positions have there been in the past 10 years we'll never know about?

Secondly, affirmative action based on race, religion, and sexuality and not on intelligence or abilities.

Thirdly, none of the agencies can interact properly or exchange information or rely on each other, etc. There is still no such thing as an inter-agency relationship, that's all bogus.

My point being, how large and how fast has the federal government (employee-wise) grown in the past 10 years and no one is retiring, everyone gets pushed up to senior positions because there is too much money to be made.

One of the little problems has always been the need to have a search warrant first before looking up the information (even address information) on the internet.

So, they don't bother and go by nothing more than their own scribbled notes taken from interviews with druggies.

Presumably the requirement keeps them honest and avoids privacy violations.

You forgot one: there is ZERO Constitutional authority for ANY of the fedgov agencies you mentioned to even EXIST. Since there are only three crimes fedgov has constitutional jurisdiction over, and bank robbery or kidnapping are NOT THEM, no FBI. Since there’s no constitutional authority for fedgov to declare a war on the American people by banning ANY substance, recreational or medicinal, no DEA. And since infringing on RKBA violates the Second Amendment, and that is ALL the BATFags are about, no ATF. If we are going to tout a return to the Constitution, we must embrace ALL the limitations on government, not just the ones that please us.
